The Istanbul Consulate of Belgium and The Ankara Embassy of Belgium have initiated a new system to provide a better service to the visa applicants. With the new system, all the visa applications will be done through the visa application centers of IKS Innovative Key Solutions. This service will be operated for Ankara as of 3rd of July 2007, and as of 5th of July 2007 for Istanbul.
In this new system, visa applications will be lodged at Visa Application Centres operated by IKS Innovative Key Solutions . To make an appointment at the Visa Application Center and submit your application, please call the Belgium Visa Information and Appointment Service from the following number:

By calling the Visa Information and Appointment Service, you will be able to receive detailed information regarding the application procedures, the required documents and scheduling an appointment for your application.
Visa Information and Appointment Service operates from 08:00 am till 18:00 pm excluding Turkish National holidays. Before calling The Visa Application and Appointment service, please make sure that you have your valid passport with you.
